
Crispy, crunchy, herby, mouthwateringly delicious Polenta Fries are just what your Monday needed! Paired with your favorite marinara or pesto, these are the perfect addition to your weeknight lineup!
To make: slice prepared polenta (pre-cooked, found in the tube) into even, fry-shaped sticks. Gently toss or brush with Big Horn Pesto, Garlic, Tuscan Herb, or UP Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season generously with salt, pepper, and dried Italian seasoning. Place onto a sheet pan and bake at 415 for 20-25 minutes, flipping once, until crispy. Remove from oven and sprinkle with thinly grated asiago or parm cheese. Enjoy!
NOTE: polenta does not turn especially golden when crispy (like potatoes). Watch carefully in the final 5-7 minutes to check for crispness.
