Chipotle-Mango Shrimp Skewers

Chipotle-Mango Shrimp Skewers are the perfect balance of smoky & sweet that everyone will love. These make a perfect party app or dinner addition!

To make:
Toss shrimp with equal parts Big Horn Chipotle Olive Oil & Alfoos Mango Balsamic Vinegar plus seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Bake at 410 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until pink and done.

For balsamic reduction:
Heat 1/4 cup balsamic in a small saucepan over medium low, stirring frequently. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes, or until slightly thickened, then remove from heat. Sauce will continue to thicken more as it cools.
