Our take on a once-popular TikTok craze takes Internet-based sensations to the next level with a block of creamy feta, adorned with fresh, succulent strawberries, and drizzled with our exquisite Big Horn Denissimo Dark Balsamic Vinegar. As these distinct elements meld together, they give rise to a culinary masterpiece that transcends the ordinary.

But this trio isn’t just a topping; it’s a culinary chameleon. Whether spooned over crispy bread, waffles, pancakes, or any base of your choice, the result is a perfectly balanced, perfectly delicious creation.


  • 1-2 Tbsp Big Horn UP, Basil, Lemon, or Blood Orange EVOO
  • Big Horn Denissimo Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Lbs Strawberries (sliced)
  • 8 Oz Block of Feta
  • Fresh Basil (as a garnish)
  • Something of your choice to put feta topping on. We recommend waffles, pancakes, or crispy bread!


Step 1: Toss 1-2 tbsp of your choice of Big Horn EVOO with 2 lbs sliced strawberries.

Step 2: Take an 8 oz block feta and drizzle with a little more oil and season with pepper.

Step 3: Bake feta at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Using a large spoon, mash feta and mix together with strawberries.

Step 5: Add on top of waffles, pancakes, or crispy bread.

Step 6: Garnish with fresh basil and Big Horn Denissimo Dark Balsamic.
