air popped or lightly salted bagged popcorn
1/4 cup Big Horn Butter or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4-1/2 tsp dry Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp dried rosemary •dried chili flakes, optional, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: add several tablespoons of olive oil to a small saucepan. Begin heating oil over the lowest setting on your stovetop and add in seasonings, including a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir mixture continuously for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from heat. Carefully drizzle oil mixture over popcorn and toss well to coat. Serve as is or with shredded parm/asiago cheese.
