Orange Vanilla “Creamsicle” Muffins

These Orange 🍊 Vanilla “Creamsicle” Muffins are filled with notes of real citrus and creamy vanilla thanks to the use of not one, but two Big Horn products. That’s right, we’re talking an olive oil & vinegar duo! 👯

Big Horn’s Blood Orange Olive Oil adds healthy fat and pleasant citrus notes, and our Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar delivers a touch of acetic balance that features creamy vanilla.

– 1 & 3/4 cup Flour

– 2 tsp Baking Powder

– 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

– 1/8 tsp Salt

– 3/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar

– 4 Eggs

– 3/4 cup Big Horn Blood Orange Olive Oil

– 1.5 tbsp Big Horn Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar


Step 1: In a small bowl, combine sugar, vanilla, and olive oil and mix until well combined.

Step 2: Add eggs and whisk together.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and powder, and salt.

Step 4: Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold gently to combine, careful not to over mix.

Step 5: Pour into a greased muffin tray.

Step 6: Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
