
This Rosemary-Dijon Dish makes the perfect easy weeknight dish! Ingredients:
1 package uncured kielbasa
3 Yukon gold potatoes
1 lb green beans
DRESSING:
1 tbsp Big Horn garlic or UP extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Big Horn A-Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: Whisk together dressing and set aside. Dice potatoes and sausage into even 1” pieces and slice green beans in half. Place potatoes, beans, and potatoes into a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Roast at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy immediately!
