Simple Black Truffle Seared Salmon

Need a quick dinner fast? This Black Truffle Seared Salmon is super simple, flavorful, and satisfying and comes together in no time flat!

To make: heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Season salmon filets with Big Horn Truffle Salt & black pepper. Add Big Horn Garlic Olive Oil to the pan and place salmon filets in, skin side down. Cool for 4 minutes, without moving. Flip salmon and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, depending on thickness of fish. Pair with your favorite sides and enjoy!
