Sweet & Spicy Roasted Nuts

Add a little pizazz to your day with these Sweet & Spicy Roasted Nuts! A little heat, a little sweet, and the perfect amount of crisp to amplify any dish or enjoy straight out of the bowl. 😋 They are a breeze to make, and that’s a good thing… they go fast!


– 1 1/2 Cup: Raw Cashews, Walnuts, and Pecans
– 1 1/2 Tbsp: Maple Syrup
– 2 Tsp: Big Horn Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
– 1 Tbsp: Water
– 1 Tsp: Big Horn Chipotle or Harissa Olive Oil
– 1/4 Tsp: Cayenne Powder (optional)
– 1/2 Tsp: Salt
– 1/4 Tsp: Ground Cinnamon


Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients (except salt) to create a slurry.

Step 2: Add nuts and toss well to evenly coat.

Step 3: Spread nuts out on a sheet pan lined with a silpat or parchment paper.

Step 4: Roast at 350 for 10-12 mins, or until slightly caramelized (careful not to burn!).

Step 5: Remove silpat from baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with salt. (Let nuts dry completely before storing).
