28 oz can green beans, drained
15 oz can wax beans, drained
16 oz can each, chickpeas and kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 1/2 tbsp Big Horn UP or garlic olive oil
2 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp EBTB (Everything But The Bagel) seasoning, or more, to taste
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
1/8 tsp each, garlic powder and onion powder
Directions: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, EBTB, and black pepper. Place all beans in large mixing bowl and add vinaigrette. Toss well to coat. For best taste, chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
