Ingredients:
- Fresh Salmon Filets (Skin on. Frozen is acceptable in a pinch, too.)
- Big Horn Garlic EVOO
- Big Horn Black Truffle EVOO
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
Step 1: Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat.
Step 2: Season salmon filets with salt & black pepper.
Step 3: Add Big Horn Garlic Olive Oil to the pan and place salmon filets in, skin side down. Cook for 4 minutes, without moving.
Step 4: Flip salmon and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
