Healthy Holiday Bark Recipe

It makes a perfect topper for salads, yogurt, or enjoyed straight up!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Each: Sliced almonds, Pepitas, and Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 Cup: Shelled Hemp Hearts (Hempseeds)
- 1/8 Tsp: Salt
- 2 Tbsp Grade A Maple Syrup
- 2 Tsp Mild Big Horn UP EVOO
Directions:
Step 1: In a small bowl combine nuts, seeds, salt, maple syrup, and oil.
Step 2: Stir until well combined and syrup is evenly coating mixture. Mixture should be lightly sticky but not oversaturated. (If too “dry” add additional syrup one teaspoon at a time.)
Step 3: Pour mixture onto a sheet pan lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper, and using the back of a spatula, gently press mixture into a thin, even layer.
Step 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden.
Step 5: Let cool for 15 minutes prior to breaking into “bark”.
