To make toss coleslaw mix with diced mango and jalapeño slices. Combine with: 1 tbsp Big Horn UP, Blood Orange, Lemon, or Persian Lime Olive Oil + 2 tbsp Big Horn Coconut balsamic + 2 tbsp yogurt or mayo + salt and pepper, to taste + squeeze of lime
