Ingredients:
- 12 oz Can of Chickpeas
- 4 oz fresh basil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp each, dried rosemary, thyme, oregano, and parsley
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup Big Horn Basil or UP EVOO
- 3 tbsp Big Horn Sicilian Lemon or Sherry Vinegar
Instructions:
Step 1: Rinse chickpeas under water.
Step 2: Craft salad by mixing chickpeas, minced garlic, and other dry ingredients.
Step 3: Make vinaigrette by mixing Big Horn EVOO and vinegar.
Step 4: Toss salad with vinaigrette and serve!
