Rosemary Dijon Sheet Pan Dinner Recipe
This Rosemary-Dijon Dish makes the perfect weeknight dish! It's simple-to-make, yet it packs tons of flavor.
All done with minimal effort, this one-pan dinner that leaves most of the work to the oven lets you focus on something other than spending hours in the kitchen.
Ingredients:
Main Dish:
-1 Package Uncured Kielbasa (Organic if possible!)
-3 Yukon Gold Potatoes
-1 lb green beans
Dressing:
-1 Tbsp Big Horn Garlic EVOO or one of our Ultra Premium EVOOs
-2 Tbsp Big Horn A-Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
-2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
-1 1/2 Tsp Rosemary
-1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
-Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Step 1: Whisk together dressing and set aside.
Step 2: Dice potatoes and sausage into even 1” pieces and slice green beans in half.
Step 3: Place potatoes, beans, and potatoes into a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4: Roast at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Step 5: Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately!
