🍷 The Ingredient That Pulls It All Together
When a recipe is this simple, every ingredient matters.
A good balsamic doesn’t just sit on top. It ties everything together.
Our Traditional Aged Balsamic brings:
- A naturally rich sweetness
- A smooth, syrup-like texture
- Just enough acidity to balance the creaminess of the burrata
It turns fresh ingredients into something that feels complete.

- 2 cups arugula or mixed spring greens
- 1/4 cup toasted pistachios (or walnuts)
