It’s just as perfect for a Mother’s Day brunch as it is for a quiet spring afternoon.

And it all comes together with one ingredient that does more than you’d expect:

Traditional Aged Balsamic.

🍷 The Ingredient That Pulls It All Together

When a recipe is this simple, every ingredient matters.

A good balsamic doesn’t just sit on top. It ties everything together.

Our Traditional Aged Balsamic brings:

  • A naturally rich sweetness
  • A smooth, syrup-like texture
  • Just enough acidity to balance the creaminess of the burrata

It turns fresh ingredients into something that feels complete.

Ingredients:

(This recipe makes 4 servings)

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 balls burrata cheese
  • 2 cups arugula or mixed spring greens
  • 1/4 cup toasted pistachios (or walnuts)
  • 1–2 Tbsp Traditional Aged Balsamic
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions:

Act 1: Build the Base

Arrange the arugula or greens on a large serving platter.

Scatter sliced strawberries evenly across the top.

Act 2: Add the Creaminess

Place burrata gently over the salad.

Tear slightly open so the creamy center is visible.

Act 3: Layer the Texture

Sprinkle toasted nuts across the salad.

Add fresh basil leaves for brightness and aroma.

Act 4: Finish with Intention!

Drizzle with olive oil, then finish with Traditional Aged Balsamic

Add a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper.

Serve immediately.

Enjoy!
