These Orange 🍊 Vanilla “Creamsicle” Muffins are filled with notes of real citrus and creamy vanilla and include our very own olive oil and balsamic vinegar! We recommend doubling this recipe as these muffins go fast!
•1 3/4 cup flour
•2 tsp baking powder
•1/2 tsp baking soda
•1/8 tsp salt
•3/4 cup packed brown sugar
•3/4 cup Big Horn Blood Orange Olive Oil
•1 1/2 tbsp Big Horn Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar
Directions: in a small bowl, combine sugar, vanilla, and olive oil and mix until well combined. Add eggs and whisk together. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and powder, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold gently to combine, careful not to over mix. Pour into a greased muffin tray and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
