It makes a fantastic glaze or barbecue base for pork, beef, and chicken. It’s beautiful on Italian-style desserts, with cream, or as a glaze for roasted vegetables. Add a shot to an “affogato float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee.
