Since our UP EVOOs change seasonally, the varietals will change depending on which harvests are available. A medium EVOO will usually have a fruity taste, and a spicy or peppery finish.

When it comes to Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy, this is the best stuff on the planet! Our finest grade of aged balsamic condimento made using the traditional Solera system, this rich Balsamic Vinegar is aged up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry, and ash barrels.
