Made with Trebbiano grape must, our Peach White Balsamic Vinegar undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of balsamic vinegar of Modena, but is not caramelized, therefore retaining its white color. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of hand crafted vinegars of Northern Italy. It’s a great addition in marinades, salsa, and ice cream.
Our Peach White Balsamic Vinegar is a surprising hit in everything from water, to cocktails, to meat dishes. Pair with Garlic Olive Oil or Harissa Olive Oil to prepare chicken and fish. Try a little by itself on your steak just before you remove it from the grill.
