Our Greek thyme fused EVOO is made by combining early green Koroneiki olives with fresh cut thyme. Perfect as a finisher, drizzled on chicken noodle soup and pairs with the peach white balsamic or combined with the pomegranate dark balsamic for roasting lamb. Spectacular for caramelizing onions over low heat. Combine with our tarragon white balsamic and rosemary fused olive oil for an epic Greek Salad dressing.
All of our flavor-fused olive oils are based upon a Mild Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), with average biophenols from the 180’s – 250’s.

All Natural, no artificial flavors or additional ingredients. This olive oil is fused with wild rosemary during the olive milling process, within 2-4 hours of harvest in the traditional Italian agrumato style.
