Spinach & Feta White Bean Dip is creamy, zesty, bright and makes a colorful holiday dip or sandwich spread!
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup canned navy or cannellini beans
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 small lemon, juiced
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until you reached desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings per preference.
