Ricotta Pudding with Denissimo

BUT, our Denissimo's focus is on Ricotta Pudding for today. This isn't "just a pudding", though. It's a symphony of taste, and a testament to the artistry of combining simple, high-quality ingredients to create a dessert experience like no other!
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Squeeze of Lemon
- 1/4 Cup Big Horn Denissimo Dark Balsamic Vinegar (for drizzle)
- 1 Cup Fresh (or Frozen) Strawberries
- Sliced Almonds (for garnish)
Directions:
Step 1: Place ricotta, vanilla, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend for 30 seconds (or until completely smooth).
Step 2: Pour ricotta into two dishes and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours to “set”.
Step 3: Just prior to serving, add strawberries and almonds to ricotta and drizzle with balsamic.
