Big Horn Olive Oil Company's red and white vinegars are a staple in our kitchen. The Denissimo is an extra special treat -- fabulous to dunk sourdough bread into when combined with BHOO Co.'s olive oil! We're out of our second bottle and will be visiting the new store soon to purchase another!
My husband and daughter surprised me with 3 olive oils and this balsamic for mother's Day. It was a great gift! The balsamic is one of the best I've tasted. This is our favorite local spot for Olive oils and vinegar!
Your balsamic vinegar is the best! Really makes the summer salads burst with flavor. We keep it simple and healthy with your EVOO and balsamic - skipping all the toxic additives of bottled salad dressings.
This Traditional is my favorite, and there are others that are great as well. It's fun to go in and taste-test. Excellent quality products, but the prices go up every time I come back. I guess that's the world we live in....I'm sure tariffs will bring prices down...

What is the shelf life of balsamic vinegar?
Balsamic vinegar is self-preserving due to its acidity, and can last for three to five years after opening if stored properly in a cool, dark place.
How do I store my balsamic vinegar to preserve its flavor and quality?
High-quality balsamic vinegar can last for decades if stored in a cool, dark place, such as a pantry or cupboard.
What is the "mother of vinegar" and is it a sign of spoilage?
The "mother of vinegar" is a harmless, active byproduct of the vinegar fermentation process, appearing as a spongy mass of bacteria that can sometimes be found floating on top of the vinegar. It's rare to see in our products, but occurs naturally and is not a sign of spoilage.
