Every olive oil here is a single-source premium extra virgin olive oil. The name is the varietal of olive grown on the tree. Our EVOO's are sourced from the freshest harvests worldwide - the quality and freshness of the olive is more important than the country of origin!

As for our balsamic vinegars, they are all sourced directly from Modena, Italy.
