Our Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO) are harvested green off the tree, processed within 2 to 4 hours after harvest, and are recognized as within the top 5% of olive oils in the world. Since our UP EVOOs change seasonally, the varietals will change depending on which harvests are available.
A robust EVOO offers bold flavor, a balanced bitterness, and a very prominent peppery finish.
Varietals available will usually be from a selection of: Chetoui, Cobrancosa, Coratina, Coriana, Favolosa, Hojiblanca, Kalamata, Koroneiki, Manzanillo, Mission, Picual, Velagosht
