I ordered Blood Orange Olive Oil which is the specific one that I wanted, as I have ordered in the past and ran out.
I was sent Orange, but Blood Orange, along with a note saying that you tried to reach me to let me know.
I’d like to know “How” someone tried to reach me. I have zero Emails and/or phone calls that I have missed.

Had I known that you were out of the Blood Orange, I’d have cancelled the entire order, as
I only ordered the sesame Oil to justify the shipping on the blood orange. Seemed silly to pay that much for one bottle. So added to it.

The day after you placed your order, we sent you an email to the email you used when placing the order. You did not include a phone number, so this was our only way of contacting you. When we didn't receive a response by 2 days later, we shipped this replacement instead, as we had no way of knowing that you would have preferred cancellation rather than partial order fulfillment.
We have refunded your order, but please understand that we attempted to contact you by the only method of contact that you provided. We try our best as a small company to meet customer expectations.
