Great as salad dressing and as base for making a lemon sauce for fish.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. The quality of the product is very good although I do have a preference for the Meyer lemon olive oil sold elsewhere. So happy to have Big Horn on South Meadows! Have been using their oil and vinegar for several years now; my favorite for salads is the Black Mission Fig Balsamic combined with the Pineapple White Vinegar! Awesome flavors. For cooking fish and chicken my favorite is the Lemon Olive Oil. Purchased the Loaded Baked Potato Soup and will report back after trying it for the first time; it came highly recommended by patrons in the store when I was there. FYI, if you order for mailing the products come perfectly packaged and always delicious, making Big Horn always available for excellent gifts!
