This Canadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic vinegar is a little tart and sweet at the same time. I add it to mashed avocado with a little salt and spread it on my seeded toast for breakfast. Yum. I combined it with some Girards Champagne salad dressing to make an unusual bright salad.
Sweet raspberry pares with the balsamic vinegar. I like to put it in my tea.
